Jad Freer Audio uses the global express courier service to deliver your orders.
Items are generally delivered within 7-10 days of order acceptance and payment.
At the beginning of the shipping process, we will send you the tracking information to receive updates on your delivery.
Shipments are made only on working days.

Return
Each Jad Freer Audio item is covered by a 2 year warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Jad Freer Audio, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt to return or exchange them. To be replaced, your items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and returned in their original packaging with all contents.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refunds are allowed within 14 days of the payment date. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our mistake. Please remember that we are a small company and we try to do our best all the time, but anything can happen in electronics. So, please write to us to show any problems first. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once you have received our return authorization, you will need to pack the items as per the instructions received by email and send them to the address indicated.
